If your items are damaged, broken please email email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll be happy to issue a refund or a replacement. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns on body care items unless they are damaged. We also do not accept returns on sale items, custom or wholesale items. We will not return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged. We do not offer free returns on undamaged products. Recipient must pay to ship unopened,unused items back and a refund will be issued upon arrival at our facility. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving product.
